Staying at Blue Turtle offered a peaceful escape near Yala, with a large pool perfect for relaxation after our safari. The family-friendly atmosphere, complemented by Cactus the hotel dog, added warmth to our experience. Just a minor note on room updates could enhance the charm.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, like good wi-fi, a restaurant, a lovely bar area, and an infinity pool. The staff even helped me return my forgotten earphones, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend trying the delicious dishes in the restaurant! I'm coming back for a weekend.

I enjoyed my stay for two nights in a Double or Twin Room with Balcony, where the clean and spacious accommodation exceeded my expectations. The highlight was the fantastic, large pool that provided a refreshing escape after our safari tours. The staff organized wonderful trips to Yala National Park, and I had a lovely breakfast with a choice of both Sri Lankan and Western dishes.

The rooms feel dated with older TVs and worn curtains that could use a modern touch to enhance the overall feel. the safari experience arranged through the hotel left much to be desired, with an uncomfortable old jeep lacking proper safety features. feedback on our safari was met with a dismissive attitude, which didn't sit right. While the hotel has its charm, a little more communication and attention to detail could elevate the experience significantly.
